Yoga Heart Studio is conveniently located in the Briargrove/ Tanglewwod/ Galleria area of Houston.

We offer YOGA 101, Iyengar Yoga, Pre-Natal Yoga, Intermediate Hatha Yoga, Restorative and Friday Flow Yoga Classes. YHS also offers Argentine Tango, Tai Chi & Meditation classes as well as Massage Therapy & Acupuncture Services. Students at Yoga Heart Studio receive instruction from professional, full-time yoga teachers who offer expert guidance in bringing well-being into the mind body experience. Our gifted, dedicated, teachers serve students who are interested in the development of an effective, lifelong practice and study of yoga. Students of YHS learn Yoga asana (poses) & Yoga philosophy as well as studentship, self-discovery and self-awareness. We specialize in Iyengar & Alignment Based Yoga. Iyengar Yoga is the method developed and taught for over 70 years, in Pune, India, by world-renowned yoga master B. K. S. Iyengar, the author of the classic Light on Yoga. This method teaches the unity of mind, body and soul. Iyengar students gain strength and reduce stress while building a strong, steady Yoga practice. Through the use of props and detailed instruction, students achieve improved range of motion, flexibility and balanced mental and psychical states of well being. Our teachers serve students who are interested in the development of a safe, effective lifelong practice of yoga. Discover who you are in each pose and in the complete practice of yoga.
